Mr. Casey Breen is a Senior Staff Consultant at ESi with extensive experience in the investigation and analysis of motor vehicle and marine accidents. His focus at ESi has been in the areas of motorcycles, off-road vehicles, golf cars, other special purpose vehicles and marine products.
He has conducted research and testing related to the performance of personal watercraft and recreational marine vessels. Additional experience includes vehicular accident investigation and reconstruction, operation of on and off-road motorcycle based vehicles, risk analysis, mechanical design, product research/evaluation, and testing.
