Mr. VanLeeuwen serves as Forensic Engineer with Engineering Systems Incorporated (ESi). Mr. VanLeeuwen provides engineering consulting expert witness services. He has provided expert testimony involving roof and building envelope performance/ incurred damages, including but not limited to structural failures, building component failures or damage incurred by weather events, and construction-related failures or defects, and damage assessment.
Prior to joining ESi, Mr. VanLeeuwen was primarily involved in design, analysis, and evaluations of commercial structures, including foundation design, as well as retaining wall design. The design and analysis of these components included preparation of design drawings and details.
