Mr. Justin L. Baglin is a Certified Safety Professional and a Senior Staff Consultant at ESi in the Kansas City office. He is a member of the Biomechanics and Safety practice group and has a decade of industrial safety experience. He specializes in OSHA compliance, OSHA onsite inspections, management of employer occupational safety and health programs, onsite inspections, and accident investigations. Mr. Baglin holds a Bachelor of Science in Technology degree in Environmental and Safety Management from Pittsburg State University.
Prior to joining ESi, Mr. Baglin’s practical experience consisted of managing regional safety and environment programs in various industries. These include manufacturing of porcelain, battery, fiberglass, HVAC components, freight/transportation, heavy equipment, and rubber processing.
He managed environmental programs for hazardous waste Large Quantity Generators (LQG), Wastewater Treatment (WWT), and air and water permits. Mr. Baglin has first-hand experience working with regulatory agencies and developing internal regulatory and audit programs to provide solutions to various discoveries regarding compliance or potential hazards.
Mr. Baglin has also managed employee safety programs and has been directly involved with key safety elements including but not limited to employee training, safety communications, site inspections, job safety analysis.
