Mr. Rohrbacher is a Staff Consultant for Engineering Systems Inc. (ESi) where he is a member of the Automotive Research and Accident Reconstruction team. He has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. He has training in accessing and interpreting vehicle Event Data Recorders (EDR). He is an expert in accident investigations and has experience in matters involving passenger vehicles, commercial vehicles, heavy machinery, and forklifts. Mr. Rohrbacher has experience in computer aided drafting (CAD), as well as VBA Programming. He is certified in Vehicle Crash Reconstruction, Heavy Vehicle Event Data Recorders, and is an FAA Small UAS Remote Drone Pilot.
