John P. Zietkiewicz, AIA, NCARB

Mr. Zietkiewicz brings over 30 years of experience in leading major architectural/engineering/construction projects and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams including architects, structural, civil and MEP engineers, interior designers and specialty consultants. He has experience with total project management from schematic design through close-out including construction documents, specifications, plan filing and approval, bidding and contract/ construction administration.

Mr. Zietkiewicz’s background includes design and construction of residential homes and buildings ranging from single family to multi-family apartments and condominiums and covers all sizes of renovation to new construction. Non-residential experience includes renovation and new construction of educational facilities (Pre-K thru 12 and University), hospitality and restaurant, retail, recreational and community facilities, religious facilities, professional and healthcare offices and facilities, as well as transportation facilities. Projects include both private and public projects for local and state agencies. These building types included various construction types including wood-framed, CMU, steel stud, structural steel frame and SIPS.
