William E. Pelton, EIT

Will joins ESi as a Senior Staff Consultant, and is based in our Tampa, Florida office, where he brings a strong background in structural forensics and project management. He has worked on multiple façade, roofing, and parking deck consulting projects.  He provided his clients with designs/specifications for projects, bid administration services, and construction administration services for various projects.  He also has worked on the design, testing, and project management of façade fall protection systems for multiple buildings in the southeast region of the United States.

Before joining ESi, Will worked at PM&A (P. Marshall & Associates), which is an engineering firm based in Roswell, Georgia.  Will worked in the traditional structural engineering group at PM&A, which focused on various structural consulting projects on existing buildings.
