It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of our colleague and friend, Bear Ferguson on Sunday, February 4, 2024, due to a sudden illness. Bear was an integral part of our ESi family and a key member of our Business Development team for nearly 20 years.
There will be two memorial services to honor Bear's life.
Saturday, February 17th
Visitation is from 10 -11 am, and the service starts at 11:00 am with a luncheon to follow.

Bear’s Legacy
Bear joined ESi in 2004 after a distinguished career directing high-profile national marketing campaigns for several major corporations. As our first full-time Business Development Specialist, Bear paired a wealth of marketing and business development expertise with a forward-thinking approach that helped elevate ESi’s market presence, foster new partnerships, and enhance the firm’s reputation. Bear also championed new go-to-market strategies that are still in use today.
Bear's commitment to the company’s success and exceptional team spirit made him a vital and valued member of our Business Development Team. He truly enjoyed building strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry peers, and guiding individual consultants in crafting and executing business development strategies tailored to their respective fields. In this way, Bear exemplified the true essence of a mentor.
