Dr. Sohn is based in our Illinois office and brings a strong track record working in both management and technical roles, and a wealth of experience in the engineering analysis of mechanical components. Dr. Sohn's expertise in finite element analysis have made him a go-to resource for manufacturers and engineering firms serving the energy and oil and gas industries, where his projects have ranged from design and analysis of pipelines and pressure vessels to material degradation assessments and residual life predictions of mechanical components at power plants and petrochemical facilities.
